Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Enhance salary to be at least relevant to salary for same position at other brands .

I did not get commission which us a norm in any sakes position

The pay is horrible for the amount of therapy in need to get afterwards of my work sessions. If I don't go to therapy, I won't last another day.

More money and recognition and rest

Higher take home salary,very low pay compare with others brand.

Paying so much lower compare to other brand, very calculative in paying us the commision

My pay is getting lesser with spending same working hours. When im aiming higher position in this company , please look back and consider my previous take home pay to offer me new position package.

I would like to be payed A HIGHER RATE £500 for doing great job, beating targets without training

Providing actual coaching that leads into growth, compensating fairly based on skillset required to perform the job, clarifying job description so expectations are managed and uniform across all levels.
