I did not get commission which us a norm in any sakes position
The pay is horrible for the amount of therapy in need to get afterwards of my work sessions. If I don't go to therapy, I won't last another day.

Higher take home salary, very low pay compare with others brand.
The could work together better and help each other out.
Management needs to act as one managing body and must make themselves available when issues arise. You'd be hard pressed to find a manager available when they're needed to intervene. Favoritism is rampant and gossipping is a way of life.
Review from Sales Dept
Need to stop trying to one up each other and making peers look bad to upper management.
Review from Sales Dept
Better management , better leadership Plan ahead snd clear communication
To understand and listen employees needs
Listen & consider employee comments, know that CHANEL is branded, famous and confidence, but dont forget employee spending their own time to company. We are actually selling our time, life to company that's why company pay us basic salary, its a relation of selling and buying.
Stop letting white people run it
Listen to your employees. Speak to them and address the issues they bring up. Treat everyone professionally. Nurture talents already available to you. Hire the right people from the beginning, and stop trying to outcast those who do not fit the culture you've bred.
Review from Sales Dept
Keep it simple and asking manager opinion instead of company to decide.
Firing the manager could improve the amount of work done.
