Benefits, Retirement, 401K, The entire compensation package
Change Healthcare provides fair market compensation.
Stock, healthy rewards, and bonus.
It's my first entry level position, so I think i'm getting paid very well.
Review from HR Dept
Fair for my level of experience and position, performance bonus is something to work towards and a helpful addition.
It is a fair overall comp package
Allows me to grow quickly.
Stock opportunities for employees is great.
The money is reasonable, but incentive pay is inconsistent and the benefits are not good - just a random mess of benefits that change every year. Definitely no thought put into benefits and incentives and what's best for this kind of company.
Salary and benefits all around are top notch.
I have great insurance and ample paid time off.
Generous - fair - competitive
Salary and bonus are competitive
Bonuses are good and consistent and appreciated
Review from Operations Dept
Better 401K matching would be great,
working from home is a plus but not being able to use the restroom or be away for 2 mins is ridiculous. Micro managing at its finest.
Absolutley in every way and no taking any consideration on makung sure employees are understanding- No follow up at any moment
Review from Operations Dept
No transparency since merger and cuts come from nowhere. Not feeling safe at all.
Get the numbers but you still won't get paid accordingly. People get paid on a scale not on work ethic or performance.
My compensation is low compared to the industry. I think a salary increase and better benefits would go a long way.
the job is very under compensation for everything we have to deal with day by day
Review from Customer Support Dept
All employees are undervalued, huge salaries at the exec level and benefits being diminished every year
Market value pay would be a start
Everything about this whole ordeal.
Pay is below market rate
The pay could be better
The raises are 1-2% per year. Last year it was Zero, but essentially told us we should be happy to have a job.
Too much work for too little pay!
I feel like a number.
Completely undervalued, HR has acknowledge severe differences in pay rates for the same role based depending on the hiring manager at the time and upper leadership - we're talking differences of 40-60% which are not attributable to geography
Working three different roles with not enough pay for it and my manager is awesome but the senior leadership team wants everything done by tomorrow and need to listen to what actually can and cant be done
The pay rate was a bit low for the skillset required to do the job well.
CHC provides benefits that you cant afford to use. $50 for Teledic when you can pay $10 for a dimilar services without insurance.
They raise insurance rates yearly and employees pay a good portion of premiums, no bonuses in my dept, but other depots get bonuses yet we're supposed to all be part of the ChangeHealthcare family!!!, no raises based on performance, lucky to get a 1 or 2 % yearly raise. Nothing but big joke.
