The company needs to be broken up
Nothing in the pipeline to generate additional revenue. If acquisition closes, there will be layoffs, if acquisition does not close there will be layoffs.

Bloated Corporate business with WAY OVERPAID Executives who are only concerned about how much their bonus will be. They don't give a darn about ALL of the employees who actually do the work to make the company run.
Change does not understand the concept of treating your customers well and ethically.
People are being put into supervisory positions when they do not even have the skills to do their jobs. The biggest issue is the total lack of communication and respect for the employee that they supervise.
