I dont know, im facing racsim at my job
I would feel better if i got payed for the work i am worth for

I like helping customers find things and love working with the people it's management thats the problem
The customers are pleasant and their inventory is plentiful

The woman that interviewed me, made me go in the middle of the store for an interview on top of a clothing pile she basically just interviewed me in the middle of the store like not even at the register area or in the back like you're supposed to do

A whole new managment team
It can be improved by making sure the distric manager isnt breaking any of the policies, making sure that the workers are being payed for their work correctly.
It did improve. I quit the job to work somewhere better.
