Just being more postive towards the customers and put them first
NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES IN UPPER LEVEL MANAGEMENT
A whole new managment team
It can be improved by making sure the distric manager isnt breaking any of the policies, making sure that the workers are being payed for their work correctly.
It did improve. I quit the job to work somewhere better.
I thought it would be a fun place to work, but it wasn't.
