What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store manager was the biggest problem. Always sitting there and blaming her autism. Very disappointing when working there. She always has an attitude and her ASM was no better. Both were very condesending and rude.

Hiring better managers who aren't power tripping and talk to the employees like normal people
Actually training both their associates and their management.
Appreciating hard workers, and going through with promotions as promised.

More support more hours better team members and leaders and new updated technology
I dont know, im facing racsim at my job
I would feel better if i got payed for the work i am worth for
Better pay, minimum wage is just not cutting it
I worked hard at this job, but they didn't appreciate me at all.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
i think that the store manager at 6265 needs to carry herself better because when she talk negatively about all the girls that have worked for her and eggs her staff to talk about them as well

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
they dont interview here. i did not even have a real interview between the store manager and myself

The woman that interviewed me, made me go in the middle of the store for an interview on top of a clothing pile she basically just interviewed me in the middle of the store like not even at the register area or in the back like you're supposed to do
Nothing its normal, everything normal

A whole new managment team
It can be improved by making sure the distric manager isnt breaking any of the policies, making sure that the workers are being payed for their work correctly.
