Been Working here Since 1998 and the last 3 years have been Nothing but the Worst ever i have never Hated Comeing to this place like i do now I am being so mistreated treated so unfairly . I feel targeted By and Hurt that i have work feeling like this

I don't feel we work as a team I don't feel there is 18 I doRespect my associates but there is no teamwork
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating all associates fair respecting each other they need to know if they want to be respected they have to show respect It goes both ways
