Constantly short staffed, the menu is embarrassingly poor, cheap repetitive food, standards are one rule for one, one for another, pay is poor, I only do it for the holidays off.

We carry each other, they are hard working and we all stick together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No appreciation for hard work, quick to deduct pay but not pay OT when staff shortages
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not the company that make the work day positive, it's my team that make me want to turn up daily not the company itself
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the job easily, I think this is why so many people unfit for the positions are employed as the interview process is too casual
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better menu variant and ask the staff that are on the front line who deal with day to day things how things are going rather than make changes from behind a desk
