Not safe for females. Management did not handle the sexual misconduct etc. In a professional manner. I would like to report this place of business so all employees, staff and students are safe.

Improve safety, keeping emotions to the side when handling issues with employees. We are human and ok to be frustrated but as managers you should always be professional no matter the frustration
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Take action and seriousness when sexual misconduct and drug use has been presented. Instead of preparing to fire someone or feeling it's a made up story. These are serious matters and it was looked the other way. Without further investigation.
