What is the best part about your compensation package?

Responsible Time Off. It's the grown up version of PTO. Take the time you need but be respectful to your clients and team members.

The CEOs willingness to make sure the entire team has a robust compensation program, with competitive packages and great benefits.

It's better than other places I've worked. It's still a small-to-medium-sized business, so there's not a whole lot of bargaining power with insurance companies. I feel like leadership has done really well with what they offer, though.

Lots of great benefits and responsible time off.

We have moved to a "Responsible PTO" plan, which allows us to work flexibly and take the time off that we need- without always feeling like we're counting hours. It's awesome to have a company that trusts us to be responsible with our working hours, but still allows us to take off when we need to.

I'm happy with my salary level and our biweekly pay day structure.

I just recently had to go into the doctor's office and got a summary of the bills. It showed how much my company insurance was able to negotiate down for me. I was pleasantly surprised.

Have benefit options but feel they could be better

Compared to other agencies, our salary is much lower.

Not at all, pay is under-market value for the position I am in, but I still feel I'm treated fairly and respected. The issue is most likely related to the region, being a Midwestern company and not an overly competitive area for this industry.
