Compared to other agencies, our salary is much lower.

Not at all, pay is under-market value for the position I am in, but I still feel I'm treated fairly and respected. The issue is most likely related to the region, being a Midwestern company and not an overly competitive area for this industry.

Interviews Reviews

It's a pretty long interview process from the first interview to actually starting the onboarding process. Interviewing with so many different people and teams seemed to drag on a bit!
