
Out of 65 ChenMed employee reviews, 84% were positive. The remaining 16% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping ChenMed improve their work culture.
They know what they are doing wrong. They read the annual employee surveys and yet do nothing about it.
Leading and listening. Their main focus is numbers and getting paid, but could care less about the people that work endlessly to tend to the patients' needs. They can't function without us but don't seem to believe that everyone is already one foot out the door.
They don't value good talent.
During a pandemic, we're treated as if we're running a full hospital.. but without hazard pay, and with more work. They show "appreciation" with a pizza once in awhile.
Daily 9 AM stand-up meetings are a huge waste of time.
Read the employee surveys and stop ordering so many themed t-shirts.
They should care more about the people that are providing the services. If all clinical/office staff didn't show up, not a single person from leadership would be able to handle what we do on a daily basis.
More streamlined process, less virtual interviews.
Way too many individual interviews.
