Mr. Domenic J. Dell'Osso, also known as Nick, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Chesapeake Energy Corporation since November 2010. Mr. Dell'Osso serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Sparks Drive SWD, Inc. He served as an Assistant Controller of Cooper Industries plc (alternate name, Cooper Industries Ltd.). He served as the Chief Financial Officer Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P., a subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy Corporation from August 2008 to November 2010 and also served as its Vice President of Finance. Mr. Dell'Osso served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of COS Holdings, LLC (formerly Chesapeake Oilfield Services, L.L.C). He served as Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Oilfield Services, Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President of Chesapeake Energy Corporation since October 29, 2010 and also served as its Vice President of Finance from August 2008 to November 2010. Prior to joining Chesapeake in 2008, Mr. Dell'Osso worked as an Energy Investment Banker at Jefferies & Co. from 2006 to 2008 and Banc of America Securities from 2004 to 2006. He serves as Director of Sparks Drive SWD, Inc. and Access Midstream Partners GP, L.L.C., and COS Holdings, LLC. He has been Director of Sundrop Fuels, Inc. since 2011. He has been a Director of FTS International Manufacturing, LLC since October 2010. He has been a Director of FTS International Services, LLC (formerly Frac Tech Services, LLC) and FTS International, Inc. (formerly Frac Tech International, LLC) since May 2011. He served as a Director of Access Midstream Partners GP, L.L.C., General Partner of Access Midstream Partners, L.P. since June 1, 2011. He served as a Director of Chaparral Energy Inc. from February 2013 to January 17, 2014 and Chesapeake Oilfield Services, Inc. until June 2014. Mr. Dell'Osso is graduated from Boston College in 1998 with a degree in Economics and from the University of Texas with an MBA in 2003.
