The promotion process needs to be clear and not based on favoritism.
Part-time staff are often expected to do more work despite the limited hours they are given. Compensation should reflect the hard work employees put in.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers need to work and focus on helping customers. Many of the fieldhouses operate poorly because of lack of cooperation among employees.
Customer service skills and work ethics need to be way better than what is currently being shown.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's not enough equipment and resources to make the programs great.
Going to work is like going to high school and being exposed to the mean kids every day. A change in mindset among employees is needed.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The field houses need to be cleaner and repairs need to be taken care of promptly. There should be better resources and equipment made available so employees can run their programs better. The hiring process needs to be more selective.
