Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Part-time staff are often expected to do more work despite the limited hours they are given. Compensation should reflect the hard work employees put in.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Going to work is like going to high school and being exposed to the mean kids every day. A change in mindset among employees is needed.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

The field houses need to be cleaner and repairs need to be taken care of promptly. There should be better resources and equipment made available so employees can run their programs better. The hiring process needs to be more selective.
