Mr. Arjun Sharma, also known as AJ, has been Senior Vice President of Business Development of CIRCOR International, Inc. since September 2016 and served as its Vice President of Business Development since September 2009 until September 2016. Mr. Sharma oversees CIRCOR's mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning functions. He served as Managing Director with Global Equity Partners Beteiligungs-Management GmbH, a venture capital private fund and strategy consulting firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing equity investments and leading client engagements on acquisitions, divestitures and growth strategy. Before joining Global Equity Partners, Mr. Sharma served as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Textron Inc. and was responsible for developing its M&A strategy and leading acquisition and divestiture transactions. He held a series of positions at SPX Corporation and served as its Director of Corporate Development. Mr. Sharma is graduate of the six month PLD Program at Harvard Business School, a Master of Science degree in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University.
