Citi Trends Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very good salary, good benefits. Excellent work/life balance, lots of engagement programs.

Not having high co pay

It was ok, I need a job and I thought this one would be perfect for me.

Review from Sales Dept

The raises and the hours received.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is competitive and I am happy with what I make

I love everything about it;.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel a little undervalued because I wasn't given the hours that I really needed. And benefits were not offered to me at all.

I got put on bed rest ordered by my doctor, and now i have no income and im unsure if my maternity leave is paid for. Knowing that i have paid maternity leave (which im unsure about) would ease my stress. I feel i deserve more than $10 an hour because i do a lot and put a lot into work.

Better pay...more positive comments from bosses instead of negative. Better insurance and more vacation sooner than 3 yrs! And use it when WE want..not cititrends!!

I would like if the pay could be rased up for those who deserve it.

Review from Sales Dept

I do not feel unvalued because, i know what im capable of when underpresssure i work the best

Because the upper management don't do ANYTHING

Review from Sales Dept

Knowing more about the benefits and better compensation

Underpaid and hours are giving to assistant managers so you get maybe 17 hrs a week not even part time

proper raise for what I am challenged with in a women dominating payroll control. Citi Trend is not a fair business for Men.

You guys really dont pay enough

Be truthful in what you say and make the ones you say are valuable fell that way.

Manager makes me feel worthless, i left work crying where my 8 year old daughter and mother seen. Something needs to be done about this manager. I am a person and dont deserve to be treated in such terrible manner

Because we put up with customers that are always angry and constant shop lifting and the store will not provide security and also they are always complaining about everything even if it is perfectly fine

Because I make 875 and hour and ive been working there for 2 years now

Review from Sales Dept

I wish my position had stock/equity compensation.

No room for growth too much favoritism

Review from Sales Dept
