The way we are able to collaborate
Fun and outgoing and so understanding and accepting
What I like best about my leadership team is that everyone who works here is seriously dedicated to the cause and the service we provide.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid 12,000 year pre-tax for 50+ hr/weeks
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many people are like-minded and great to work with. Like all jobs some can be a little odd but I've come across a few too many that are awful people and should not be working in a school building. I think stricter boundaries would absolutely be helpful here.
They are so family oriented and able to get the job done because you can tell they all care for our students.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was very friendly and conversational. They asked a couple behavioral questions and had a couple of written questions to answer outside of the call. Overall I think they would benefit from having additional interaction with potential recruits.
