Most of the affiliates of our leadership team are knowledgeable, genuine ,I respect them and they are able to empathize with their team members.

1. Process definition 2. Process improvement 3. Real governance from CES to other Claro affiliates: this would help us not to ask for favors and for help but really work as one company 4. One universal system for CES an d all Claros for inventory, billing, orders etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload is totally unbalanced. While many people in this company start their days at 9AM and end at about 5:30PM, there is another group of people working non stop since early hours in the morning until late hours at night. These are no exceptions but the norm in order to ?
