As a middle-aged caucasion male it is refreshing to not be part of a boring vanilla business culture. The biggest difference is the emaotion and feeling attached with the pride of the work we do.

Getting sales and solving issues.

They are inclusive and come to individuals directly when there are questions.

The autonomy to work at my pace, communication around networking, and open honest communication with my boss/ team.

I feel like my direct manager keeps me in the know and adress concerns wtih me and then applies the right amount of pressure to help me thrhough challenges.

Accessibility and ability to talk it out. Person to person I generally belive the people who I work with every day are good people who care about what they do. Some processes and rhetoric can itfect relationships but that heals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at market value for my skill set, I am under paid by 3X. I would rather dance with the Devil I know than the one I don't. I stay because I really like my boss, co-workers and I want to see success on the other side of struggle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are developing a sales strategy and the work we are doing is going to light the path for future Sales associates. This investment is out pacing my effort, money and time making me feel under-compensated. if we had a proven path to sales with a solid strategy, my compensation would be fair.
