I feel valued appreciated and respected by my co workers and team but not by the executive team. I feel HR works on implementing programs that would benefit employees but due to work load and pressure from executive team we don't take advantage.

Interact with the employees and listen. Just saying what they think people want to hear does not make them good executives.

Understanding when someone needs help and simply help them. No passing judgement or blame. Simply help to accomplish the task for CES success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completely undervalued and under appreciated. Always going above and beyond job duties and executive team feels its part of the job to work 50 60 hrs a week.
