My overall experience is good and positive. It has been a good place to work, where I have increased my knowledge and experience, and I have worked with excellent people, but technical and professional training has been poor, and opportunities for personal and professional growth have been lacking.

So far the experience has been positive, the work has been according to the job description, the co-workers are mostly friendly and professional, the change to remote work has been excellent, but I have not found the opportunity to training and professional growth that I had as expectations.

The experience, knowledge and value that you can contribute to the company are not taken into account in salary compensation or for growth opportunities and new positions. I have had same salary since I joined the company 4 years ago. Benefits plan are average compared to other companies.

Experience and performance have not been considered to be a candidate for the few opportunities to be promoted within the area. Increase in the % of the salary that is taken into account for the bonus. Increase in the % of contribution of the company to the 401K. Mechanism to review the salary.
