To add your studio to ClassPass, visit our partner website. From there, youll be able to learn more about partnering with ClassPass. If youre ready to add your studio, click Get started in the upper right-hand corner.
This will take you to a sign-up form. Once you complete the form, a member of our Partnership Development team will be in touch to get you set-up on ClassPass.

View ArticleClassPass is a monthly subscription membership, so it will automatically renew on the same day each month. If you sign up with a trial, your monthly cycle date is determined by the first day of your first full month of membership.Your membership begins immediately on the day you sign up, so you can start going to class!
You're able to cancel your membership or switch it to the Lite plan at any time. Any membership change you request will be applied to your upcoming cycle. You can change your membership plan by going to your Account Settings.

You can stay on the Lite plan for as many cycles as you'd like and there is no fee to return to a higher credit membership option. Any classes taken while on the Lite plan are still subject to our class cancellation policy.
You can only switch to the Lite plan for your upcoming cycle - we're not able to accommodate retroactive plan changes once your cycle begins. Membership changes must be submittedprior to your next cycle renewal in order to take effect for that cycle.

We're not able to delay start dates, so the day that you sign-up for your trial is also the first day of your trial. If you aren't ready to try ClassPass just yet, we recommend waiting to sign-up.

Our class cancellation policy applies to all reservations made during your trial.
The number of credits needed to book a class may change based on a number of factors.
Your trial will automatically renew onto a regular priced membership once the promotional period ends, so you can keep working out seamlessly.
The plan you will automatically renew to is stated when you sign up for your trial.
To change your membership plan for your next cycle, navigate to your Membership Settings. Be sure to make any changes in advance of your cycle renewal.
Once your trial ends, your credit count and studio visits will reset.

View ArticleIf you are unable to attend a reservation you booked, please keep our cancellation policy in mind:
Late cancellation fee:If you cancel a reservation within 12 hours of the start time (or longer where noted in the booking process), you will be charged a fee.
Note: Flywheel/Flybarre classes need to be canceled by 5 pm the night before the class to avoid late cancellation fee.
Missed class fee: If you miss a reservation without canceling, you will be charged a fee.
The fee will appear in your bank statement 7 days after your reservation. Late cancellation and missed reservation fees are based on the location of the studio.

Depending on your membership plan, you get a certain number of credits each month. You choose how to use your credits each cycle. Classes have different credit rates, which are dynamically priced based on a number of factors.

View ArticleUh oh! Something happened and unfortunately your class is no longer taking place.
If you have push notifications enabled on your phone, youll receive a notification alerting you as soon as ClassPass is made aware of this scheduling change.
Youll also receive an email letting you know the class has been cancelled, so be sure to check your email before heading out the door!
To enable push notifications, simply go to your phones settings Notifications ClassPass and enable.
Classes that are cancelled automatically return the class credit to your account and ClassPass ensures that you were not charged any fees. If you have any questions about your reservation, you can always contact us here !

To participate in an on-demand class interactively and view realtime heart rate, youll need your Chromecast and Wahoo TICKR heart rate monitor. Please note that this feature is only available on the website, not our mobile apps.

View ArticleWhile we have many ClassPass spots available with our studio partners, we don't always have ClassPass spots in every class, or spots can sell out quickly in popular classes.
We've worked with our studio partners to secure new inventory in these classes, which we call premium spots. Instead of seeing classes as sold out or unavailable, we now have them listed on ClassPass at a higher credit rate.
You'll see premium classes in your account when ClassPass spots are no longer available, the class is not normally bookable through ClassPass, or you've visited the studios multiple times this month.

On the website:you can go to your upcoming classes in the menu bar and select "Bring a friend" next to a reservation. Get in touch with us.
On the app:a pop-up window will appear after booking class or you can go to your upcoming classes page and invite your friends from there.
If your friend is new to ClassPass, they will need to create an account in order to book theclass with you. Not only does your unique link let them sign up for class with you, it also gives them a free trial.After theyve created an account, they can book the class you shared by using credits from their free trial.
A few important things to note: this promotion can't be combined with other promotions (such as our referral program ) and your friend's free trial willautomatically renew onto a monthly plan, unless they decide to cancel. If your friend is already a ClassPass member and you want to take classes together, you can still use the Invite Friends link to let your friend know about class! They will need to book the class by using the credits in their account.This feature is only available on the iOS app and website, but Android will be coming soon!

Most studios encourage you to arrive well before class begins, often 10-15 minutes in advance. Information regarding a studio's arrival policy will be included in your class reminder email, so be sure to take note when prepping for class!

For example, if your cycle renewal date is the 3rd of the month and you book a class for the 4th, that class will use credits from your new cycle even if you booked the class on the 1st.

These credits will appear in your account within 24 hours of your cycle renewal date. We are unable to roll over more than 10 credits each month, and your credit rollover restarts each cycle so unused credit do not accumulate cycle to cycle. If you cancel your account, you are ineligible for roll over credits.

Once you connect your ClassPass account with Apple's Health app on your iPhone, ClassPass will automatically sync available workout data after each each class you complete. You'll be able to view your average heart rate and active calorie burn for each of your completed workouts in your Past classes list.You can manage your connection with Apple Health through the ClassPass app by going to your Profile > Settings (the upper left gear icon) > scrolling to Connected apps & devices.Do I need an Apple Watch to have fitness data?

If youd like to remove ClassPasss access to your fitness data, you can adjust this via your ClassPass app settings:

Many studiosassignbikes or stations ahead of time and are unable to accommodate specific bike requests. You will receive your station reservation once you check in for the class.
For Flywheel classes, please note that you can switch your bike to any other available bikes through your Flywheel account before the class takes place or with their staff upon arrival.

There are a couple of different ways to have your workout buddy join you in class.On the iOS app (sorry, Android users - coming soon!), use the 'spots available' filter when searching for a class to only see classes available that have enough spots for you and your friend(s).This feature doesnt let you book on behalf of your friend, so once you've successfully booked, your friend will need to book the class via their own account as well.
Please note that the number of spots available in a class can change throughout the day, as we have lots of members who love the same classes. Onceyou'vefound the class you want to take, we recommend that you and your friend(s) book the spot ASAP.Another way to book with your friend(s) is to invite them to class. On your Upcoming classes list, you'll notice a green 'Bring a friend' ('Invite friends' if you're on the app) button. Just click this link and scroll through your friends list to invite them to join you. Your friend will get a notification on their homepage with the option to join the class. Again, this will not reserve a spot on behalf of your friend, so they will still need to reserve a spot in this class in their own account.
