Although pay and benefits are lacking, the atmosphere and the environment definitely make up for it. I'm broke, but at least I'm happy and feel like I belong somewhere.

What makes you most happy at work?
The environment and the atmosphere. How relaxing it is, yet everyone is working hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It definitely feels like we're actually doing something for the world, and the company as a whole strives to be better in terms of empowerment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My experience has been great, they've always been receptive (especially the CEO) and engaging. It's clear they really value everyone, and I definitely feel supported in my career
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is actually happy to be there, and genuinely happy to work together. It's so much more open and friendly than anywhere else I've worked. I feel supported.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's always been clear to me that pay has never been a big thing about Classy. It's difficult to live here in San Diego, and they definitely don't make it any easier. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth, even if job responsibilities have increased.
