Fun atmosphere, always something to do. Still a smart company environment where I get to do several things rather than getting boxed into a corner and having to do one thing repetitively. I enjoy coming to work each and every day.

Very interactive, friendly, easy-going, no ego's. Everyone is making a contribution.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like stock options and bonuses for all employees, and 401k matching. Better health insurance offerings would also be wonderful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, willing to listen to everyone, leadership team is using the company values to drive direction of the company not just as paceholders on letterhead.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my team succeed in any way I can so that I can hear about how we have impacted the platform in some positive way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone feels ownership in what we are doing and why. The people I work with are committed to helping non-profits solve whatever it is they are working towards. Everyone wants to do good work, good things for others. And we have lots of dogs at work everyday!
