The PTO, but I would appreciate an actual 401 with employer matching

I like how much they prioritize a work-life balance! Too many people don't understand that over-worked employees aren't productive employees

I liked how you I was given the oppotunity to interview with different members of the company and get a better perspective on the different aspects of the company and work that they do
