Coworkers and company culture are great. I feel more connected to our mission than any previous job held and appreciate transparency from leadership. Downside is that Care's more strict schedule makes it more difficult to participate in company-culture building & development activities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone obviously works hard but weekly "water cooler" questions posted in Slack create space for silliness and non-work connections.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent to ensure we're all aligned on the same goals as a company and understand the reason behind those goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Each conversation was unique and allowed the interviewer to see a new aspect to my personality/work ethic/etc but also gave me insight into a new aspect of Classy as a company and what the job would be like.
