You are just a number, very little human touch. Work environment is very steril. Very poor communication from corporate. Very disorganized. High turnover.

We come feom HydroChem and are a great team, unfortunatily over half of my coworkers have left since the merger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a close group that have worked together for several years, but the high turnover has us all looking for work elsewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Going paperless takes away the human touch of working for an organization which leads to poor moral and builds a teamless work environment. Many people have left for more money and a better work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give employees a reason to stay. There seems to be too many cooks in the kitchen and upper management seems to be stepping over eachother. I feel I went from being an asset to being a piece of equipment.
