That my ability, intelligence, and personal sense of how a project could be done more efficiently is listened to and given its due discussion before a decision is reached.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are each absolutely certain that each member will perform their job duties above and beyond the minimum requirements and help each other and make sure that we as a team collectively are squared away and every single SO is correct and ready. We also take accountability when necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being excited every day to come to work, knowing that even if it's a disaster, we'll handle it together and get it done and buttoned up. Everyone just slides into the roles needed and meet the needs of the situation. We double check our own work and each other just to be certain we've missed nothing
