It was straightforward and involved very few hurdles to jump - no multiple meetings or "group interviews" over weeks and months.

They work well together and are all oriented toward the same goals. They work hard and smart every day to dig out projects and execute them efficiently and effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is really driven and have a handle on the industry and its operations. They are adapting to new paradigms and are open to suggestions relative to changes in the industry and new approaches.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very supportive and provide you with the tools to do your job. They welcome input and care about employees. It really does feel like a 14,000 person family - with all the usual things you associate with a family, too! But a great environment.
