My overall experience with Clean Harbors has be good. I would say that there are things need to be fixed but that has to happen from the top down.

I was straightforward detailed in what the day to day process was.

I am most happy when I feel I am of service to the company or the customer that I am helping.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We look out for each other. And are almost always willing to helping hand or insight into how to get the job done better and more efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I am undervalued because as a an educated person of color and I believe that the people who are in the position to move me up in the company are fearful of having diversity within positions of power and influence. If would make me feel better if giving a due process and hired for the job
