They serve credit unions and they aren't the brightest lights on the street. They copy other fintech products and can't even develop the products themselves. They're just a reseller of FIS and Firstdata services trying to brand themselves as a fintech company. It's a joke.

They need to get rid of the legacy baggage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get rid of legacy employees and bring in real talent. Unfortunately they can't bring in talent because they can't compete in terms of compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't offer stock options or equity and it's the very reason why they can't attract talent and why all their development work is outsource.
