We have a true vision of how we can best help the credit union movement, and leadership is devoting the resources to get us in the position to do so.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing honest feedback in a timely manner.
Get rid of legacy employees and bring in real talent. Unfortunately they can't bring in talent because they can't compete in terms of compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are not included in a lot of decisions
They don't offer stock options or equity and it's the very reason why they can't attract talent and why all their development work is outsource.

Intelligent self motivated and can joke around
Knowledgeable and cared about the company and their coworkers.

Meetings can be more effective and less frequent.

Sometimes you can find leftover food from a management meeting in the breakroom that you can scavenge.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt friendly very friendly. The team seemed good. I didn't hear anything bad about the place and there weren't even signs on how bad it was.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My interview process was okay, but the onboarding process was a nightmare. Very poor coordination.
What makes you most happy at work?
Walking around after lunch looking for free leftovers from a management meeting that I can eat since I don't get enough time to go out to lunch with their crazy bipolar deadlines.

Most recent past CEO did not make the best decisions for company and it has had some financial struggles
Fire the exec team and start over.
