What do you like best about the leadership team?
Autonomy to work as a real sales rep
They seriously consider all feedback and are open to changing processes and technology when it makes sense for our company and our clients.
My leadership team cares about the company and it's employees and they seek ways to advance them as much as possible. Always wants employees to do and be better versions of themselves.
Coaching mentality and they provide the tools we need to get the job done.
