How employees describe working at CoAd
Autonomy to work as a real sales rep
Onboarding has been a nightmare. It's difficult to even know who your point person is, I guess that's because there isn't. I now understand why a quarterback is so important. I'm disappointed but will ride the ride for at least a year.
Make everything more User friendly. Customer service is definitely an area to improve. Poor response times to emails, calls are hardly or never returned when messages are left for the representative. And they can become argumentative when they are in the wrong.
