What did you like most about the interview process?The reality of knowing a person you will be working with
What are some of the best things about your team?The other mercandisers have went theough this and push it off. If the management likes you imediantly then you time will be great at the company. If you hear a manager say" i am glad that emplyee will never work for ua again" and you just started 2 months ago it gives a sour taste for that peraon.
What makes you most happy at work?When I get to drive far away! Even if I will still be gps tracked 24/7/365
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Give us what we made and had in benefits from 2011 adding raises for inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Look at ethe management if the heartland company. Ask questions about why some people get easy routes and other get long and hard routes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Comments about previous emplyees. And also being realistic with the hours telling the people it is a 6 am to 3 pm job is a lie
