What is the best part about your compensation package?

COCC contributes heavily to our medical plans to ensure that our premiums remain competitive, and we have very good coverage, especially for mental/behavioral health needs.

We have generous and flexible PTO and fantastic health coverage. I've had to use my health insurance quite a bit for my family over the last couple years and it's obvious that COCC pays up for better health plans, but does not extend that extra expense to employees.

love the 401k plan and profit sharing

Total compensation is very good - including company paid life and accident insurance, generous PTO, 10 paid holidays plus birthday off, one paid volunteer day, very good health insurance
