What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think COCC has done a wonderful job navigating hybrid work since pandemic, and the vast majority of the company has a 3 day on, 2 day off schedule that allows them the flexibility they need and expect.
Culture and environment is very positive, keep employees engaged.
The vast majority of people at COCC really care about each other and the company. There is a lot of respect and comradery you don't often find, especially in a business of our size.

This is a very positive place to work. There are ups and downs, but overall, COCC tries to find ways to keep employees happy and engaged like free food days and fun activities.
COCC is completely focused on creating and maintaining a superior culture that fosters creativity and productivity, while developing talent across the board. We have tons of perk events throughout the year from free food days to games and trivia to sports & fitness activities.
