We have a very experienced and knowledgeable leadership team that is making great strides in developing our leadership ranks to ensure that the company can continue to grow.
They are open and share information.
The leadership team truly cares about their employees and works very hard to continue to improve our culture and workplace dynamics.
CEO and CHRO are always thinking about our workforce. It would be nice to see the other members of the Exec Team act the way they do.
Leadership is extremely communicative. They know how to lead the company to great success without growing too quickly. I appreciate opportunities to get to know the executive team on a personal basis.
Very involved in employee feedback and making changes that employees want to see. Focused on both what is right for the client and what is right for the employee. Always looking for ways to improve.
