COCC contributes heavily to our medical plans to ensure that our premiums remain competitive, and we have very good coverage, especially for mental/behavioral health needs.

We have generous and flexible PTO and fantastic health coverage. I've had to use my health insurance quite a bit for my family over the last couple years and it's obvious that COCC pays up for better health plans, but does not extend that extra expense to employees.

I think COCC has done a wonderful job navigating hybrid work since pandemic, and the vast majority of the company has a 3 day on, 2 day off schedule that allows them the flexibility they need and expect.

This is a very positive place to work. There are ups and downs, but overall, COCC tries to find ways to keep employees happy and engaged like free food days and fun activities.

It has been many years, but I believe that we have a very robust interview process in place now that includes different layers of interviews and questions that are designed to find the right culture fit. I love that we use Predictive Index to help find the right work style that will match the role.
