  • What did you like most about the interview process?
    It has been many years, but I believe that we have a very robust interview process in place now that includes different layers of interviews and questions that are designed to find the right culture fit. I love that we use Predictive Index to help find the right work style that will match the role.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
    I always feel challenged but rarely feel strained. I feel that I can step outside my comfort zone and grow, while also feeling supported and relaxed.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    I think COCC has done a wonderful job navigating hybrid work since pandemic, and the vast majority of the company has a 3 day on, 2 day off schedule that allows them the flexibility they need and expect.
