What did you like most about the interview process?It has been many years, but I believe that we have a very robust interview process in place now that includes different layers of interviews and questions that are designed to find the right culture fit. I love that we use Predictive Index to help find the right work style that will match the role.
What makes you most happy at work?I always feel challenged but rarely feel strained. I feel that I can step outside my comfort zone and grow, while also feeling supported and relaxed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I think COCC has done a wonderful job navigating hybrid work since pandemic, and the vast majority of the company has a 3 day on, 2 day off schedule that allows them the flexibility they need and expect.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Less micro management
