What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commissions plan is very competitive but success factors are low so most don't achieve

benefits and vacation time off

The split between variable and fixed

I love that I can earn bonuses on my yearly pay (that are permanent), as well as stock options.

Good commission and adequate base salary

Above average base salary, w/ opportunity to increase that with a cap around $100K base plus commissions. Average to above average health/dental/vision/life insurance. Paid time off is very good as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Double the pay. Pay commissions honestly.

They are not showing a meeting point

Better 401k match right now its 2% and the health care is way to high

The title I have is deserving of the pay, bit the amount of responsibilites that is put on myself and my team go beyond what would be the normal duties of my title

Bullying is enforced by senior management. VPs are trained to be harassers and promote it openly. The toxic environment is the law. We just stay because commissions are good.
