Either increase pay to match the work or, increase number of people doing this job to distribute responsibilites

Speaking to people, no cover letter, no long essay of why I want to work here. Just talking to see if we're a good match
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The title I have is deserving of the pay, bit the amount of responsibilites that is put on myself and my team go beyond what would be the normal duties of my title
