What do you like best about the leadership team?Open to change and new ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?It was a sinking ship already when I was hired, so any warm bodies that applied got good treatment during the interview process
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading. There is no leadership at Coldwater Creek, only toxic micromanaging and churning through talent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Coldwater Creek brand was restarted with the same retail practices that drove it into the ground in the first place. The demographic was all wrong. Cheaply made imported clothing at high costs with poor fulfillment isn't working the customers of today.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Along with compensation, to be treated fairly, with honesty and respect would also be appreciated.
