Benefits are minimal compared with other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Collide's benefit and holiday policies reflect its parent company, which is in the hospitality and restaurant business, and is not on a par with other Silicon Beach tech companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are enough wonderful folks to compensate for the less-than-wonderful folks who also abound.
