You have an initial phone interview with someone from the HR department to consider you for the positions available. If they want you to proceed to the next level, you will then have a face-to-face interview with 2 supervisors in your projected department and location.

It legit changes quarterly. But if they say, we're going to introduce you to a manager, you've gotten to the second round. If you don't. Well, you gave it the old college try, right?

Prescreening before you get a face to face. Then if your good enough to do a 2nd round with the supervisor and manager
