
metric are designed to be so rigid that it is impossible to get a sizable raise.... expect after getting to $16 to recieve 10 to 25 cent raises... for the amount of work u do you should be paid no lower than $20. For this reason you see alot of job turnover
It’s great the only problem is not having the opportunity to have weekends off I have kids that are involved in sports and I can never watch them play unless I take days off work
21 years later it’s still good, I love my job.
