    Top Employee Response

Comcast hires to fire and think nothing of being ethical. Leadership is uneducated and it is shocking the people whom they select for management positions who are not the best qualified . Slowly they are downsizing their employees as well and they continue to outsource employees from foreign countries. Payment counters Xfinity stores are a good example the new ones opening up are franchises. Those employees do not work for Comcast . With Comcast it is all about screwing anyone they can for a extra dollar.

#Comcast eliminated jobs across West Division last July/August/September/October of 2018. Comcast Leadership called it “optimization” to a sharred services model. Impacted individuals could apply (and hopefully be selected for interviews) for open employment opportunities within Comcast - typically with a 50% plus pay cut! Moreover, Channel Support Teams in Washington and Oregon were walked out the door with no notice!

Comcast does it yearly especially to long term higher paid experienced employees. Its amazing to me me how many uneducated people this company has in higher leadership positions at the region and division levels and it shows as they surround themselves with other uneducated somewhat incompetent sycophants

They do it all the time. They just did it again in Pittsburgh. They make the employees sign a non disclosure agreement. This is why you don't hear of it.

Comcast lays off people all the time. Do not be deceived into thinking you can get on there and stay 20 years. Nowadays it’s all about the almighty dollar.

2020 Pandemic Comcast laid off Direct Sales Department for the entire SouthEast Region. Didn’t matter if you were hitting your numbers. They did offer Severance Packages, which was nice.
