If CAP is in place, and you meet the CAP goals consistently, 3 times a year. Otherwise it's only guaranteed 1 a year, and not even then. You cannot ask for raises, they will show you the door if you try.

Depending on tryout title. Techs can get a raise every six months. Supervisors and above can only get a raise once a year
